250 ml cooked Golden Delight Thai rice
200 ml grated cheese
625 ml chopped spring onions
125 ml chopped smoked chicken
175 g grated zucchini / baby marrow
30 ml chopped pepper dews
125 ml gluten free flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Whisk the eggs.
